At JetAiro Services, we strive to offer the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for cancellations or changes.
Booking Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund (after deducting processing fees).
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
No refund will be issued if the customer fails to show up on the day of travel.
Tour Cancellation by Company
In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient bookings, etc.), we may cancel the tour. In such cases:
- 100% refund will be processed.
- Alternatively, the customer can opt for a rescheduled date or credit for future travel.
Non-Refundable Services
- Airfare, train tickets, visa fees, and insurance charges are non-refundable once issued.
- Hotel bookings, attraction tickets, and third-party services are subject to their individual cancellation policies.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Transaction charges or bank fees are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as:
- Acts of God
- Government orders
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Political disturbances
Amendments
Date or name changes may incur additional charges and are subject to availability and third-party approval.
